Please read below important information before you initiate return or exchange process.

- We offer refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase and will happily accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.
- Please return items with a copy of the invoice and describe the reason for returning.
- Items must be returned via traceable delivery service i.e. courier or registered post on the expense of buyer to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to Trouser Trends Head office Address.

1. Complete Return Form
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.

2. Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
3. Ship to Trouser Trends
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
